Kührointalm - At the foot of the Watzmann
A hut in dreamlike tranquility at the foot of the Watzmannfrau. The Kührointütte, run by Ralf Voss and his team at 1,420 meters above sea level, invites day trippers to a leisurely stop. Who would like to stay longer - also no problem! The Kührointalm is accessible on foot from the parking lot Hammerstiel, Königssee or from the Wimbachbrücke in Ramsau (about 2 hours walking time).
Once arrived at Kühroint, regional delicacies such as cottage bread from the own oven, game from the region or homemade desserts await the guests. The hut, which is managed from mid-May to the end of October, offers 18 mattresses and 10 beds. Hot water and shower facilities are available!
